destefano is a shakedown artist. destefano is a bully and a micro-manager. he is unethical. he has been at the helm for 18 years, look where he has 'led' the city.
he has earned a( D -), over his 18 years. he has cost the city millions from his bad decisions.and he will continue to cost tax payers.
being mayor ,isnt a job one should have for this period of time, i think a term limit status would infuse new thinkers and leaders into the process. a (D-) might be too high a grade for this mayors track record. "
