Precious Holmes, Hillhouse indoor track & field: At the State Open, the sophomore set state records in the 300 (38.56) and the 600 (1:31.23) and was a part of the State Open-record setting 4x400 relay team.
HONOR ROLL
Alyssa Long-Jeffrey, O’Brien Tech basketball: The senior guard became only the third player in school history to reach 1,000 points, scoring a career-high 32 points in a win over Derby.
Bria Holmes, Hillhouse basketball: The senior guard finished with 25 points and became just the 13th girl in state history to reach 2,000 points in a 74-34 SCC quarterfinal win over Sacred Heart Academy.
